Alliance Health
"Alliance Health is a Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO) serving people in North Carolina’s Durham, Wake, Cumberland and Johnston counties. [Alliance Heath's] network of providers offers treatment and support for mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities" (Alliance Health, 2019). Alliance Health accepts Medicaid.

Hope Services, LLC
"Hope Services, LLC is dedicated to providing and prioritizing only quality and effective service delivery for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and/or substance abuse problems" (Hope Services, LLC, n.d.). Hope Services, LLC Outpatient Clinic in Raleigh (3000 Highwoods Blvd., Suite 310, 27604) "[offers] walk in availability for referrals and comprehensive clinical assessments Monday-Thursday from 9am-3pm and Fridays 9am-12pm" (Hope Services, LLC, n.d.).

InterAct of Wake
"Dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic and sexual violence in Wake County, North Carolina, InterAct saves lives, rebuilds lives, and secures safer futures for victims and survivors and their families" (InterAct, 2020).

Eviction Protection

Wake Prevent! is referral-based a program operated by Wake County's Department of Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization and accessible through the Coordinated Entry System. To access Wake Prevent! as well as shelter and support services, individuals can contact a Coordinated Entry Access Site to set up an appointment. Coordinated Entry Access Sites are located in the Wake County Northern Regional Center, Southern Regional Center,  Eastern Regional Center, Oak City Cares, Haven House, Dorcas Ministries and the Durham Veteran Affairs Medical Center.

Transitions Grief Care
"Transitions GriefCare services are designed for adults and children (5-17) who have experienced the death of someone close to them. Professional staff provides short-term counseling, support groups, workshops, and other services designed to compassionately meet the needs of adults, children, and teens seeking to address the unique challenges of grief and create a path toward healing" (Transitions LifeCare, 2020).
